This is a stunning Sugarloaf design that the maker used all indigo as the setting fabric and made the pattern in a blue and white format with the red tip at the top of the triangle, pyramid.
This circa 1880’s quilt is a handsome antique that displays well however one will use it.
Great indigos, an American classic color.
The condition is excellent.
All hand quilted.
The 2 corners had a minor stitch up on each where the binding was frayed. No wear is noted.
