Shipping policy

We typically will have a quilt shipped within 7 business days of purchase unless there’s an unforeseen circumstance and we will try and let you know if it will be delayed, but generally quilts and other are shipped out within 2 to 5 business days after purchase . 

We ship domestically using several USPS options and UPS mail / shipping services.

If you want your purchase to have a signature required, please request that by an email or message me directly at crantquilt@aol.com so that it can  be added to your package.
Also, please be sure your address is correct for shipping.

UPS and FedX ship only to a physical address, not a PO Box  so please be sure you have the correct address for shipping. 

PLEASE NOTE,,, WE WILL SEND A SEPARATE INVOICE FOR SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY UNTIL WE GET THE DETAILS ON INTERNATIONAL WORKED OUT  so you won’t be overcharged on that detail . 

PLEASE NOTE IF you are able to check out and there is an overage of cost on shipping, insurance, handling , I will refund the difference.  
We also will want to know if INSURANCE is wanted as there are extra fees for that and we do highly recommend it. 

We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, and the UK via USPS Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International, but if shipping is not on your invoice, you will receive a separate invoice.  

If you live in another area or country, please contact me prior to purchasing an item to be sure if we will ship there. 

We are not responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed by the country of residence.
Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law. Please do not ask us to violate this law. This Is something we do not have control over and we follow regulations.  

So please be familiar with any customs or duties that may be imposed  in your country so the delivery of your item will go smoothly.  We are not liable for items held in customs and have no control over the length of time they may be held.  

Remember at Checkout- If a quilt is in your cart it is not yours until it is paid for. So know it may not be available if someone has already checked completely out.
