This blazing Star of Bethlehem with the smaller floating stars in between the points is quite a beauty in condition, colors, fabric, hand quilting, and pattern plus being framed by a triple border.

This is all hand quilted. In the white ground it looks like the clam shell quilting design popular in that time period.
The border has a cable quilting design.
This is a quilt that looks great not only on a bed, but displayed on a wall and makes a statement in any room.
The extra stars in the corners add to the design.
I’ve given this quilt a gentle wash and it was air dried.
