This outstanding blue and white Ships at Sea quilt is so ready to be out and be enjoyed.
Thirty five ships framed with a blue and white border. Then the binding is the same blue.
A circa 1930’s beauty that has the nicest hand quilting. A twisted knot quilting design in the sashing and more in the blocks.
The condition on this quilt is excellent. It’s had a fresh wash and was air dried. Some minor age toning remains. The quilt really doesn't look like it was used much, if any.
The cornflower blue patchwork of ships make this a great beach house quilt or anyone that loves nautical. I can visualize this is so many homes and rooms.
