Red and White Drunkards Path Quilt

Offering this fine hand quilted red and white Drunkards Path Quilt,  circa 1890s. 

The dimensions on the antique quilt are 80 x 81 so it has lots of ways to use it since it’s virtually square . 

I have given it a bath actually, it was its first wash .

There are a couple small spots on the top , some on the back that are hardly visible on the front. 

The hand quilting is really fine and tiny stitches. 

Be sure and look at all the images and close-ups. The color is great solid red.

There’s no bleeding of color.. 
There  is no wear  on this quilt  either . 

One can never go wrong with a good red and white quilt in their collection or maybe it’s the first quilt.

 An American classic.
