Dresden Plate Quilt

This classic Dresden Plate quilt, one of the most lovely and popular of quilt patterns of the 1930’s-40’s.

This one is in excellent condition and is ready to enjoy. With no issues to note, this quilt was possibly not really used in its lifetime. 

The fine hand quilting shows nicely.

There’s lots of blocks on this quilt with the plates being smaller than some as there are 25 Dresden Plate blocks separated with a green sashing.  

The popular fabrics from the circa 1930’s look to also have some feedsack fabrics used in the making. 

The dimensions are 73x74 inches. Shown on a queen bed.
