Dresden Plate Flower Quilt

A charming Dresden Plate quilt, circa 1930’s-40’s, that is colorful and ready to enjoy. 

This is the pattern of the Dresden Plates that has the pointed plates and there’s 16 blocks of plates that make up the layout. 

So many printed fabrics were used and many look to be feedsack fabrics. 

Sashed with a green to separate the blocks. 

Nicely hand quilted and this beauty has been gently washed. 

To note on condition, 3 of the single plates show some various minimal wear as shown and there is some natural wear on the binding. 

All original and no repairs. So usable and has a happy look with this classic popular pattern.
