Many of the hexagonal pieces are fussy cut with the pattern in the fabric being centered in the row of hexies. This detail adds lots more time to making the quilt plus cutting out the exact design.
The selection of fabrics and colors and detailed skilled hand quilting makes this a standout. Plus the detailed quilting design on the green outer border.
The dimensions area generous 81x88, so easily usable on todays bigger beds, like a queen or would top a king. Ona double would have a nice drop.
