Bridal White on White Quilt

This whole cloth antique White Brides Quilt has the finest of hand quilting.

 Hand quilting at 9 stitches per inch.

A central medallion wreath in the center with 4 smaller feathered wreaths in the corners and then filled in with lots of quilting in the ground area. 

A circa 1920-30’s quilt that looks like it wasn’t reallly used much if any.

I gave this one a gentle wash. 

THe maker spared no areas of the ground as it’s detailed in the quilting.
