100 Shoofly blocks make up this early textile. 

A circa 1870’s antique quilt. 

All hand quilted. 

Not only does it have a blocks border but an inner border of border print fabric. 

The great blocks of different early prints are alternated with a print fabric. Madders, purples, browns, and much more. 

The fabrics in this show so many time period pieces. Even the backing is a nice and early print. 

This eastern beauty looks to be unwashed and other than some storage toning and a few age spots, no wear is noted.
