This outstanding circa 1870’s antique quilt, Washington Sidewalk looks unused and has never been washed. Doesn’t need it either. Apparently one that was stored away for a special occasion.
The wonderful fabrics ,, many madders and early prints are so well placed on this beauty. Some of the fabrics include a basket weave, blacks, chrome yellow, chocolates and browns, and so much more.
The backing is a fantastic print as is the exquisite border print.
