Colorful Scrappy String Stars Quilt

This colorful scrappy String Stars quilt is so well made with such a variety of fabric prints in the stars. Some may be feedsack fabrics. 

A circa 1930’s quilt. 

Lots of hand quilting in the blocks and also the sashing. 

The condition of this washed once quilt from Virginia is excellent overall. 
I noted one small minor age mark by the star. 

The many stars making up the design with a deep green sashing that frames each shows off the blocks and piecework.

The dimensions are 86x99 inches so quilted generous in size.
