I love these kind of quilts and you may too.
This is quite a “one of a kind” antique quilt.
These can be considered make do quilts, as possibly the quilt maker used just what they had on hand and didn’t have the means to purchase store bought fabric. Or they may have just wanted a scrappy design.

I gave this neat quilt a gentle wash and it’s ready to be enjoyed.
Fabrics of so many colors including some blues, wine, neutrals, tans, stripes, ginghams and so much more.
It is all hand quilted. Circa 1900’s
Another great detail is the backing print on this Georgia quilt. The print looks like a cheater print of 4 point stars.
Overall the condition shows some natural fade or it was acquired from the way it may have been used, but not really seeing wear.
Fabulous art quilt and would look great enjoyed in the home or even business.
A conversation quilt that one can imagine the maker piecing this creation.
