This happy quilt of so many small scale Touching Stars is wonderfully made and in excellent condition. The hand piecing and all the hand quilting makes this a true labor of love quilt.
The stars are only 4 inches across at the widest points.
So many fabrics and what a time period of fabrics were used in the piecework. I see fabrics from the 1900’s to some looking like feed-sack fabrics of the 1930’s-40’s, so the maker sure had a scrap bag of good fabrics.
