Pickle Dish Quilt SOLD

This stunning Pickle Dish quilt, sometimes called Indian Wedding Ring is in excellent condition. 

Circa 1940’s with lots of fabrics in the many pieces. 

A fantastic design of color and piecework on a dreamy blue ground.

Some of the images were taken inside and some outside. 

The backing is another shade of blue that accents the fine hand quilting. 

Note too the smaller rings in this special quilt. 

This popular variation of a Double Wedding Ring pattern uses the triangle pieces in the arcs.

I gave this quilt a gentle wash and it’s ready to enjoy. 

The dimensions are 83x87 inches.
