Miniature Scale Double 9 Patch Quilt

Offering  this exquisitely made early miniature scale Double Nine Patch of indigo  blocks, of only approximately 1/2 inch in size.

The 9 Patch blocks, imagine just a bit over the 11/2 inch in size. 

Rarely does one come across a quilt like this in the fabulous condition it is in plus the details of its making.

The hand quilting is high-quality also with detailed quilting designs.

The fine undulating feathered vine in the borders and the designs of hand quilting in-between the blocks is stunning.

A circa 1880’s quilt that was obviously taken care of and was a treasured quilt as it is even more so today. 

The indigo fabric is a rich deep indigo.

This antique quilt Is so fantastically wonderful.  I can’t say enough about this collectors and quilt lovers quilt.
