This is a great Ruby McKim pattern quilt, the Honeymoon Cottage quilt, circa 1930’s.
The condition of this charming quilt is overall excellent and has had one gentle washing.
The hand quilting is fine on this cottage house quilt with feathered vines running in the sashing between the blocks. I did see some minor binding wear on the very top edge of the red binding .
The Cottage is constructed in solids and the “grass” being a green print fabric.
One that is so well made and the fine hand quilting adds to the details.
The binding is a solid red that finishes off the overall look of the quilt.
