Early Rose of Sharon Quilt

Outstanding early circa 1870’s Rose of Sharon  quilt with a neat vine border and berries edge.
Beautiful hand, quilting, and appliqué. 

I gave this quilt a gentle wash and air dried . 

It displays wonderfully and there is some surface wear in the red fabric and binding,  natural wear for a quilt of this time.

No repairs, all original. 

Dimensions are 80 x 81 inches.
