Early Flying Geese Quilt

Love  early fabrics!!! This Flying  Geese quilt with lucious fabrics, a circa 1860’s quilt might just be  the one you’d enjoy. 

We can see the early use of fabrics in the design and the great border. 

All hand quilted  and the design is laid out beautifully. 

Over all very good condition with a few very minor hard to see splits in a few spots and some age toning. 

Due to the age of this heirloom , I did not wash it, as it looks great the way it is and is from a non smoking home. 

Dimensions were a generous 96 x 106 inches
