This fine well made indigo Drunkards Path quilt with the date of 1888 and the initials of M C on the edge gives one no doubt as to the time it was made.
The detailed double line hand quilting and the indigo fabrics all go with the time of the 1880’s.
To see such fine workmanship and excellent condition of a quilt from that time period is always amazing.
I did give this quilt a professionaly wash and its ready to enjoy,
The dimensions are 65x77… perfect for topping a bed or displayed on a wall or wherever one likes.
