Outstanding blue and white, a cadet blue, circa 1890’s, antique quilt.
A Lone Star,,,, Single Star framed with a blue and white triple border.
The hand quilting was done with skill and tiny stitches were done.
I gave this beauty, made long ago, a gentle bath and its fresh and clean and ready to enjoy.
I can see enjoying this on a bed as shown, also makes a great wall statement. Use quilts as art as they are.

Overall excellent with a minor mend on the binding edge of about 2 inches.
The maker had quite a bit of the blue fabric as the same blue was used in all the diamond pieces and also the binding.
This great quilt is hand pieced, so much detail went into the making of this quilt.
The dimensions are 78x82 inches.
