Offering this neat indigos and white Drunkards Path quilt that is a popular pattern and in great classic favorite colors.
There are different blues and indigo fabrics in this pattern as a circa 1890’s quilt.
This one has been gently washed and is ready to enjoy.
The quilting is all by hand on this Lawrenceburg, Indiana quilt.
The condition overall is very good with a couple of repairs on this quilt as shown, and they are actually hard to find.
Note how the maker used a lighter blue on the “top” row of blocks on the quilt. Was that one may ask, did the maker run out of the darker fabric or was it intentional to use anther blue on that row. That row of blue is more of a cadet blue.
It’s just one of the details and one that makes quilts unique as each is different.
