Lay-a-way: We offer lay-a-ways as we have for many years. If purchased off the web site we offer a 6 month no interest layaway. All lay-a-way sales are final with no returns or refunds. The merchandise will be shipped upon final payment, insured for full value.
Payment: We accept Visa ™, MasterCard ™, Discover ™, Amex ™, Money Orders, cashiers checks, PayPal ™, and personal checks. Personal check orders may be held until the check clears. Shipping charges of $18 per quilt includes the first $500.00 of insurance. Usually there will be delivery confirmation or signature required. Shipping for items other than quilts will vary. We use either UPS ™ Ground or USPS ™ Priority Mail in the US. Please supply postal code for international shipping charges.
Taxes: Taxes and Oklahoma residents: Add 5% sales tax or a copy of your resale license.
Return policy: If you are unhappy with the quilt upon arrival or it is not what you expected email us within 24 hours or call and just ship it back within 2 days of your receipt of the quilt. Insure it for full value, box and tape it well and ship it back to us. It must be returned in the same condition as was sent. Your purchase price less shipping charges will be refunded.
