Cindys Antique Quilts

This a a neat detailed crib quilt in excellent condition with a few slight age spots on the edge as shown. The expressions on the faces of these babies is so varied. Hand quilted at a nice 9 spi and all hand embroidered. It's a little sampler of blocks as each one is different, such as the child praying, holding a jack-in-the-box, sucking the thumb (did any of us really do that?), playing with toys and more. The separate binding is put on by hand. This was a kit quilt with nice workmanship. I call it the Gerber Babies.. Illinois.
