Grandmothers Flower Garden Quilt SOLD
(Item: Q-552)Grandmothers Flower Garden Quilt- This quilt is in very good to excellent condition. Generous in size at 83x102. It is hand quilted at 9 spi. This is a very colorful quilt and has the group of, what I call , green leaves in between the hexagon flowers . This pattern also forms a star like when viewing in full. The nice edge done in a row of yellow blocks finishes off the quilt. The backing is also a solid yellow. Nicely hand bound too. The small pieces of only 1 1/4 inch in diameter made lots of hand work for the maker. Also some of the blocks are fussy cut with the pattern being centered in the block. From the Evans estate, Martha, Ok.
