Small Scale Chain Variation Quilt
(Item: Q-551)This Chain Variation quilt is in good condition and is all hand quilted at a nice even 11 spi. The small blocks are 1
1/2 inches square. More of a fabric quilt with all the fabrics used in constructing the quilt. A red gingham print
binding was stitched on by hand. Some indigos and double pinks and plaids are included in the blocks. The quilt has
had a bath and is clean. There are a few slight age spots and a handfull of brown blocks with some fabric
deterioration, but they blend in and if desired could be easily replaced with 1880's fabric. A very pleasing quilt
that displays well. Virginia
