This is a neat old quilt with good color and a pattern you'll enjoy. It's known as a Peony or a North Carolina Lily
pattern with applique green stems. This quilt wasn't cared for at some time in it's life. Some fading, fugitvie green,
and a small wood-like burn spot in a flower piece in just one piece as shown, also a few stains. No real wear,, but
could use some TLC or just enjoy it as it is. Another bath could help too if desired. Hand quilted at 7-8 spi. Hand
and machine pieced. The separate binding was put on by machine. Unusual sashing with the strip of red in the green
between the blocks. It's a great quilt to fold or display in the way the way one will appreciate it. Oh, and what a
Christmas time quilt to add to your decor! Missouri estate.
