Cindys Antique Quilts

This fabulous quilt will awake ones visual senses everytime you look at it. It is very drawing and appealing. A very southern quilt. Some of the pattern names this quilt might be called include Richmond Beauty, Trip Around the Mountain and also Georgia Beauty, as suggested by a very lovely customer, Gaye Ingram who has much appreciation for this quilt and its background, as an historian of southern quilts. The fabrics and pattern make this quilt so outstanding. Look at all those wonderful points and diamonds in the pattern. The quilting is all done by hand and the separate binding is also put on by hand . The quilt is hand pieced too. The condition is excellent with a few insignificant pops in the madder fabric in a couple places only and some age related spots, as shown. Unwashed and really unused other for display. Has been in my collection for several years and prior to that another collection.
