(Item: Q-140)Wheel Quilt- African American maker, East Texas-Lavenders- circa 1920's, size 66x86 inches.A pretty pattern of wheels
connecting.Lavender and pink and muslin with a lavender backing. Nice small scalloped border and the binding is done in
the knife edge style, which is lots of hand work. All hand quilted at 6 SPI. There is some slight fading and a few age,
storage spots, . I didn't wet wash this quilt. Other wise in very good condition with no wear.Quilted with a lavender
thread.Also looks to be hand mostly pieced.Brownwood, Texas area.
