Cindys Antique Quilts

This antique Double Wedding Ring quilt is in excellent condition and ready for one to use. It is clean, sturdy and well made. Lots of nice cotton prints and feedsacks were used in the making of this vintage quilt. It is hand quilted at a nice 8 spi. The separate binding is put on by hand stitching. A double diamond quilt pattern in the arcs and another pattern, like a 4 point star, betweeen the rings. The extra border area makes this wedding ring quilt a bit more unusual than many. Attractive colors of pink and blue at the intersecting rings. The generous size of this quilt makes it usable on lots of beds. It could actually be used on not only a double, but a queen or king if turned across ways. Northern Illinois area.
