Geese in Flight Quilt - Published McCall's Vintage Quilt (q-448)- Circa 1915, size 77x79. The condition of this quilt is very good with no wear. A wonderful selection of fabrics from the 1910-20's period. This quilt has a great homespun backing. There are a few light storage spots, one shown. It is all hand quilted at 5-6 spi. It is also hand pieced. The separate binding was put on by machine. This is one of the quilts that was published in the spring 2006 Vintage Issue of McCalls Quilting.
