Missouri Daisy Quilt- 8 Point Stars(q-418)-Circa 1890's, size 75x89. The condition of this quilt is mint, as it looks
like it has probably had just one bath in its life and is fresh and clean. I was calling this an unusual 8 point star
pattern untill finding the pattern name called Missouri Daisy, and to add to that I bought it in Missouri. The pattern
looks like the daisy's are touching points and then you can also see another pattern if lookiing at the white ground
instead of the colors. It is all hand quilted at a very nice 7 spi and for the binding the back fabric is brought to the
front and machine stitched down. It is hand pieced. The fabrics of double pink and green set on a white ground make for
a very attractive, showy quilt. Displays well and an excellent quilt to add to a collection. Missouri.
