(Item: F-344)Rare A Brandt Ranch Oak Saguaro Couch and Ottoman(f-344)- Circa 1950's. The size is 69" long, 29"deep, 24" to top of the cactus front legs, 37" to top of cushion on the back, and 34" to the top of the back of the sofa. The condition of this sofa is very good. The cushions, sofa and ottoman were reupholstered soon after the original buyer purchased it, and they are in very good, very usable condition. Has the original acorn finish and has not been refinished. This is one of the more desirable pieces of Ranch Oak. Would be great with one of the cactus lamps and any of the carved special pieces. The price includes both pieces. Lay-a-way available.
